I really love the snare in this Feed Me track, and I've been noodling around trying to get similar results. I'm curious about how you guys would approach making a snare like this.
I've made similar sounding snares by layering multiple dry samples, and tuning them up (raising the original pitch a good bit, then precision tuning). I've also tried to get more pop by sidechaining the snare to music and aggressive parallel processing. What would you do?
