I created a remix of Gotye's "Somebody That I Used to Know", but I was told the beat and the vocals are not synchronized. Please help.

I'm doing this Ableton and I downloaded the studio acapella. The acapella is 129 BPM, so I made sure to set the track's tempo to 129. I guess my first question is, where in the track are the vocals off? Also, is there some strategy or trick to ensuring the beat and the vocals are in sync?
