I thouroughly enjoy trying to produce my own music, although I would consider myself very very amateur. I like reading posts on this subreddit however most of the time I don't really understand what everything means. My experience is taking a music production class in highschool for a few years and basically just trying to self teach through experimentation. So basically my skills are knowing how to work around my DAW (Fl studio), making relatively simple melodies and sounds. My knowledge of mixing/mastering is prettymuch using the EQ a little bit lol. I know there is so much more potential and so many possibilities but I don't know where or how to start learning more in depth things about music production. Any advice helps, thanks guys n gals.
