Hey guys can't seem to get my copy of Ozone 7 and neutron to be installed on my new dell xps 15 9560. When installing, it would freeze on the installation bar screen. When I switch over to custom install, it would just freeze in general. Also, I have contacted izotope and they recommended me to lower my resolution from 4k to something lower and It's still not working at 720p. Can anyone help? Thanks
