I am so in love with music. I cant get this drive out of me to create something. However I come from a background of Computer Science, Electronics Major and I feel I see things a bit differently than a Music Major. When I think about composing I want to look at things in a wave form, say I want to start with two notes, a basic bass note with 20hz and another at 30hz. When I am composing say a section of the song I want to take those two notes and go from 1 beat per second then I want to keep playing them back and forth as the time between the notes decreases in half so its kind of like a X2 graph, or maybe what some would call a "drop" (i know a drop is more going from 120hz -> 20hz in a X-2 style graph (i think ive got that flipped around)... I know this might sound confusing as fuck and I promise I am not stoned, I just wish I knew where to look at software that could possible do these things i see in my mind, but ive never heard anyone else explain it like I am trying to. Feel free to laugh, ignore if you want, but if you have any advice its much valued in advance! Thanks!
