So let's just say I have a friend, we'll call him Bob, and he has a cracked version of FL 12.0.1
To preface his question I'd like to just say that Bob completely intends to buy it eventually. He's still new-ish and wants to wait until his skill level is high enough to justify spending the money, also he is broke as hell currently. In fact, if his problem can be resolved by buying the software, he will do it immediately because at this point Bob is pretty damn frustrated. He used to have a cracked copy of Massive but his girlfriend bought it for him for his birthday last year, so a legit copy of FL might be on the wish list for Christmas.
Now to the problem that makes Bob want to domestically abuse his computer out of frustration.
Bob likes to download FLPs of full songs so that he can reverse produce them and find out how all the things work, which is great practice for him. All of a sudden one day, he opened up an FLP with multiple instances of Massive running and it played for about a minute before they all crashed. It used to happen rarely, but now about 80% of the time he opens a project with multiple Massives, it crashes within a few seconds, and this happens with his own original projects as well. It really hinders producing when it almost always crashes to the point that he can't even play the track.
Now it says in the Massive window when it loads up "bridged" which means it's running through the Wrapper because it's a 64bit and his FL is a 32bit. He's guessing the only thing to do would be to get a legit copy that is the correct version, which for his computer would be 64bit. What he's asking is, is this the only way to solve this problem or are there alternative routes to take?
