Honestly, it's far more enjoyable (& efficient) for me to skim through a nicely written text tutorial than it is to scrub through many 20+ minute videos at a time, where often the host is trailing off topic, or just frankly just isn't succinct at all. Post your favorite examples if you know any good ones. :)

Ask.Audio is probably my current favorite. A big range of topics and always nicely written.

Attack Magazine is fantastic as well. A bit more stylized to underground club vibes versus modern stuff, but they do a very nice job there.
