Hi all,
I'm a beginner looking to learn music theory, specifically with regards to learning to play keyboard/piano.
I was hoping to get some recommendations on books for going forward.
Resources aimed at children are something I find very helpful since there's often a focus on repetition of information and setting exercises to prove what you've learned. The downside is that they're usually designed to be used with a teacher and therefore don't contain an answer section, so there's no way to double check that my answers are correct.
I'm currently working on grade 1 and I've had some music lessons through school in the past so I'm confident enough checking my own answers for now, but for the future I was wondering if anyone knew any good books that have an accompanying answer book or answers in the back?
