Hello. I started out learning with a 5 note Native American Flute. But I find it limiting. I am hoping to get into something more complex.
Background: I have had a few guitar/piano lessons in the past. I also was in Middle School band (marimba) for a few years but you should assume I know nothing about music. Or instruments really. I have pretty bad anxiety and even starting to learn that simple flute made me nervous. So I am hoping to not jump to anything too complex.
The Dream: I am looking for something where I can learn the notes and fiddle with it at my own pace. The most fun I've had was when I played my friends mom's harp. But that is way out of my price range. I'm partial to woodwinds and plucked string instruments.
The End Notes: I'm open to discussion and/or criticism (I know I am stumbling around in the dark in terms of knowledge here) I hope I gave good relevant information, but if not let me know.
