Hi guys,
Might be a fairly amateur question, but I'm having some trouble with serum. I have a 15-voice oscillator with a fairly grimey sounding wavetable, and I'm automating the wavetable position with an envelope. Problem is, it sounds different every time. I figure that's because the waveform starts on a different phase with each hit, which could obviously be stopped by turning the random knob all the way to zero. Doing that stops the volatility, but makes it just sound shittier. What am I overlooking here/what do I not understand about this? Thanks so much for any help?
