I was reading that panning and the Haas effect can be really good for filling out a mix. It said using it on things, such as pads, panned hard L in conjunction with the Haas effect.
I tried this in ableton, and yeah of course it worked just like in my mind, not at all. I suppose i'm missing something here. How is something panned hard R or L supposed to generate audio on the opposite side for the Haas effect?
Does anybody know what i'm getting at, and can fill me in?
