Previously thought I had payed off my rent to own serum plan from splice in February, ended up getting this email a couple of hours ago:

The email goes on to say if I want to update my billing information, so I initially was fairly skeptical about its validity. But sure enough, I checked my paypal transaction history and haven't paid the remaining balance. Also I've been given a decent selection of Serum Presets :)
Has this happened to anyone else? Not too bothered about paying it off as it is partially my fault for not noticing, it just sucks about the short notice
