If I use a kick or snare with a prominent root tone I like to tune it to the key of my track. Problem is it messes up the high end content, especially with snares.
Anyone know of a way to have the pitching not sound so bad, or just another technique?
Waves just released a plugin that seems like it could solve this but I'd rather figure it out on my own.
