Hi guys. I'm pretty new to the music production, so sorry for the noob question. I wanted to know what's the difference between a kick, sub and 808. Some people use these terms interchangeably and I got confused. I know there are some kicks that sound more bassy, so should I then consider them as 808s? And some are more snappy, so are these regular kicks? And as for the sub bass - is this just the very low bass below 50-60 Hz without the attack the 808 or kick have? I would be really grateful for clarification guys :)
