I've noticed this mainly with trap music. Producers will take an original song and just add drums to it without changing anything to the the original and call it a remix or even an original track.
I personally wouldn't mind it if they called it an edit or a beat, but to pass it off as a remix or even an original song is a little cheap in my mind.
What do you think?
