When I write drops, I constantly come upon an issue that seems unique when I search online, but I can't imagine other people not having the same problem. Writing out the intro/verse/buildup isn't nearly as much difficulty as taking basslines, supersaws, woops, etc. and putting them together into an actually listenable drop. I feel that I don't have much trouble making the sounds themselves, just putting them together kills me. It might be because I take a much more melodic/chordal style to drops. The drops of most of what I found online seem to avoid that approach entirely.
Any advice on this avenue?
