I’d like to delete the only track I have uploaded via DistroKid to change its cover artwork (crop it) and then reupload the song with the new cover. Will deleting the only track I have on my Spotify, Apple Music & Deezer artist pages also delete the artist page itself?
I just got approved today on Spotify For Artists and I don’t want to loose my page/artist profile after deleting the track to reupload it. Same question for Apple Music (I have submitted to their Apple Music for artists form and waiting for their reply)... will it also delete my whole page, and thus interrupt the submission I made?
In a nutshell, will Spotify (or other platforms) remove my page as soon as it sees it is empty?
