Hi all, coming to the end of the production of my first remix. Have a nice chord with great progression. However, the actual bass sound is pretty weak. I haven't added any effects to it, and so it sounds quite basic, having none of the depth you find in the chords of many house songs. I've followed a few tutorials but I am looking for a general gist of what effects are good to add to bass/chords for atmosphere and depth.
