This is actually a complicated topic. Let's NOT talk about existing relationships,because if your girl is supportive - it's easy

But if you are a producer who is gaining attention and fame,suppose you like a girl on twitter. How do you approach to talk to her without being THAT john doe? Or what is the way of approach?

If you introduce yourself like - I am (this) and a producer,signed to this and that - she may think you are bragging too much or so.

365 days I am in the studio and sometimes doing gigs,so I really don't know how to do this

When I was like 16/17 it was easy.
