Hey guys, been debating about whether this is worth it or not.
So I've been getting advice saying that, I should organize my sample library by: going through all my samples and hand picking the ones I would use.
I'm not exactly sure if I should really do this, I've noticed that my work flow has been faster recently, before it would take me 2-3 days to come up with a decent sounding track, now I could cover a lot of ground in 3 hours.
I'm just a little unsure about whether I should really go through all my samples (around 60-80 gb) and handpick ones that I'd use. Is this actually productive? Will it actually help my workflow? I'm afraid by doing this, I'll kind of end up in a linear thought pattern, where all my tracks start to sound the same since i'll be using the same sounds from my "new organized" library
