Basically, I got the rhythm and loop right but I got the weirdest patterns ever. I figured that its a 2000 crunk rap song, how complicated could it be? It's surprisingly difficult to figure out, but I think that it's just some advanced music theory or something
In 4/4, the beat is a 5 bar loop. the first of the 3 808 hits goes on the 1, the second on 1.2.4, the third on 1.4.3.2 (halfway in between 1.4.3 and 1.4.4, I'm not sure what to call that position, just to clear up confusion)
I have the loop and rhythm right, but the snares are the weird part.
For the 5 bar loop, the snares are in the following locations:
1.3.2.2
2.4.2.2
4.1.2.2
5.2.2.2
Basically, the snares are in a different location each time but it loops perfectly. I'm guessing that it's in a different time signature than 4/4 but I can't play around and get it right.
