So a year ago I made the new years resolution to teach myself to read sheet music and can some what understand sheet music. But I have not tried to write or transcribe anything my self. I have bad hearing so I do not think I could any way.

I play a Aulos alto recoder and am unsure if this subreddit is friendly to request such as these.
