I'll start with a few of my own to get the ball rolling:
1) SoundToys Tremolator - Customizable rhythmic chopping & the ability to control auto-gate samples.
2) Output's Movement - INSANE effects plugin. Turns any sample, synth, vocal, etc into a rhythm in real time. You can do some crazy shit with this.
3) SoundToys Little AlterBoy - Vocal manipulation and amazing pitch shifting abilities that can be controlled with your MIDI keys in your DAW. This is pretty much how you pull off that "Bon Iver" vocal effect.
