I have had nothing but good things to say about distrokid until recently. they have locked me out of my account because they accidentally changed my email to a @gmail.com address instead of the .edu address that it actually is. they have given my account to a random stranger. I have been in contact with customer support that has been absolutely useless. i even have proof of payment to my .edu PayPal address meaning that it was switched ex post facto. the fact that i have every possible verification of my identity seems to mean nothing to them and now im barred from my own account that has my music on it and my credit card on file while somebody that i have no idea who they are has control.
