This links to the PDF -- check it out and make your own for free! (Print ODD pages first, then flip the paper and print EVEN pages in REVERSE ORDER.) If you don't want to bother with printing, I have extras from the undergrad classes I teach, so toss me $20 ( Paypal [sanglorians@gmail.com](mailto:sanglorians@gmail.com) or Venmo @Daniel_Brummel-1 ) and I'll drop one in the mail immediately!
About me: UCLA bachelor's in music composition, CSULA master's in commercial music, currently adjunct faculty at Los Angeles Valley College and Dean at California College of Music. Professional composer, performer, music educator. Throwaway account, because doxxing myself.
Enjoy!! Please share with your friends and students.
