I'm in my mid-30s and always wanted to learn piano, I just never have the time because of my job. I have a keyboard at home and three or four piano teaching books (and like 15 piano books of all different ranges) - but I never seem to have the time to really put my nose in it. I'd love to get a teacher but I'm a one paycheck household.
So what I think it comes down to is "cheating". Or "The Paul McCartney School Of Piano" (ie: plays the piano but also doesn't PLAY the piano). I can sort of read sheet music - if I'm reading it with the music playing, I can follow along okay - and I'd like to get better at that too.
If anyone here has a good list of YouTube videos, apps or other easily accessible material from beginner to intermediate skill level that worked for you, I'd be much appreciated.
