Hey my fellow producers,
I wonder how you get your subbass so smooth and not too dominant?
I use a Serum patch for my subbass and filter the highs out of it and then sidechain it with the kick.
My problem is that the bass is usually either too quiet or too loud and doesn't really blend with the rest of the track.
Do you have some special tips how to get a nice bass going without overloading the whole song?
