I was talking about wave interference and such with someone on here, made a couple of graphs and then decided to keep going. Hopefully this might be helpful to beginners, or anyone who hasn't really had a good look at exactly what happens when waves overlap.
Simple:
Interaction between a sine wave, and one of an octave above with phase sliders for both waves
Sine wave octaves
Interaction between a sine wave and an inverted sine wave with phase and amplitude (magnitude) sliders for both waves
Sine wave cancellation
More Complex:
4 waves with phase, amplitude (+&-), frequency, and DC offset sliders for each. And a slider for the upper bound in the Fourier series so you can balance quality of the wave with the lag that will come with higher bounds.
Saw wave
Triangle wave
Square wave
No sine wave, because they can all be used for sine waves if you reduce Q to 1
If there's any mistakes in these, just point them out and I'll fix them up
Complex, All Waves:
I went back and managed to make one where there's an option to change each of the 4 functions to be any of the 4 wave types, so you can mix and match. This is the most likely one to have mistakes, so just give me a shout if you see one and I'll fix it up. It also may be the most lag heavy, so the other ones are still good if you don't need to mix different wave types.
