Hello, not sure if this belongs here, of course read the rules and didn't seem like this would be an issue to post but if it is I do apologise. Anyways, I graduated in 2017 and had played Clarinet for 5 years , I was pretty talented and everyone around me told me the same. I was going to go to school for music education or performance. Blah blah things happened and I dropped out, social anxiety, no excuses. Anyways. That was 3 years ago and out embarrassment and disappointment I left my clarinet in it's case this entire time. I probably will always regret this but nonetheless I want to get back into it. But man, my lungs haven't done this in a while and my face muscles haven't held an embouchure in years .
Okay so what I'm basically asking is to help me get back into a groove, I'm not sure if I strictly should just play some scales everyday, some basic tunes, or what.
I'll also eventually join my city's community band as well, but when I feel more confident.
Anyways sorry for rambling on, thanks for reading.
TLDR; Pretty talented at Clarinet, stopped for 3 years, and now I want to get back into it and get back on top.
