So far this is the gear I own for music production:
- 2016 MacBook Pro 15" w/ Touchbar
- A pair of Yamaha HS8 studio monitors
- Sennheiser HD650 headphones
- Scarlett 2i4 Digital Audio Interface
And here is the potential new gear I want to get:
- Midi keyboard
- Mouse (been just using the MacBook's trackpad)
- External Monitor
- Subpac (to complement the HD650s)
- Ableton Push 2
How would you prioritize buying those items? Is there anything import I'm missing? My goal is to increase the quality of my tracks (which I understand is 99% just from practice), speed up my workflow, and also just improve my quality of life when producing.
