Hi ! TL;DR is right below !
I've posted here a few days ago about starting the piano and I've been watching a few videos on youtube from Michael New.
Anyways, I'm now on the lookout for a keyboard to train along my learning to make it easier/ more fun. I've been looking at the local craigs list's offers (and by local I mean french), and I've spotted an offer that seems pretty good, I think I can get it for 150€ (basically 150$) for a Yamaha NP12B with the stand and adapted chair. french CL link!
So that seemed alright, it seems like the keys are pressure sensitive (unlike say a linear mecanical keyboard) with a plug for my headset and one for the pedals (once again, according to my research).
I've also been told to get a Casio pressure sensitive CTK-3500, but it's 150€ on its own on amazon without the mount and chair, though my desk is low enough so that I could play with arms parallel to the ground with the keyboard on it, I thought it might be better to get the stand, for example if I get the pedals later.
Anyways, what do you think ? Any other advises on getting started with piano and music theory in general ? Thanks !
TL;DR: There's a link to a keyboard I think could be cool to get to start learning piano, do I get it, a Casio CTK 3500 or something else ? Any other advise on getting started ? thanks !
