Hi, TLDR below.
I'm 20, in uni and as I've started to grow up, I came to realise I had one big regret, which is I hadn't built any substantial skill during my childhood / teenage years.
And there I was, listening to classical music to broaden my culture, and I came to realise how much I loved piano. In my opionion, a nice piano (Steinway's style) is the most beautiful thing one can own. The sound of it is among the most noble (I also think the violin is quite awesome.
But never have I ever taken any form of music lesson, I only know DoReMiFaSolLaSi from Magical Doremi (that's how pathetic I am) and I've never been near a working piano. Also I'm 20 years old.
My plan was to buy a cheap used keyboard that you plug in your computer and practise this way with digital music theory classes. I also have access to my university's libraries.
What do you think, do you have any advise ?
*TL;DR : I'm 20, no idea how to read or play music but I want to learn the piano on my spare time from uni. Wanted to buy a 50$ used keyboard and learn on my own with online courses. Any thoughts / advises ? *
