Lately I've been really getting into different chord progressions over various keys and how they all move together. But I'm having a hard time playing said chords in a way that's rhythmically interesting and compelling. Are there any rhythmic rules of thumb out there or any go to thing you guys like to do, whether it be certain syncopation or make certain notes longer based on the progression/melody, that kind of thing. I love these music theory subs, I have learned so much over the last few months from it and really appreciate everyone on here.
