Hey folks,
So I've been running some compositions through Ableton Live 9 and I've got a hang of the program for the most part now. I've been getting feedback on my tracks and have heard that I need to improve my mixing and mastering.
That being said, do any of y'all have tips on mixing and mastering in Ableton? Tips about better software to use for this stage of production? Any good plugins you can recommend? Basic tips regarding high-mid-low balancing? Stereo vs. Mono? Use of left and right channels? Places to find good resources on any of these topics?
I plan on going to recording school next year, but I'd like to add more knowledge to my repetoir before getting there, in order to be as prepared as possible.
If you'd like, feel free to give my three tracks on SoundCloud a listen and tell me what you can and can't hear. Feel free to ask me any questions if you think they'd be helpful to diagnosing my weak points:

All constructive criticism is much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
