I'm talking about when you get phase cancellations from the overlapping parts of stereo sounds and you get that beating or flanging effect. How do you fix this? I get that you could apply a phase shift to one side to get it to line up with the other, but that only works if you have the exact same sound coming out of both the left and right. If you have any difference between the left and right sounds however there must be some destructive interference. This seems like a huge pain to fix, are there any VSTs that do this for you? I feel like there should be some compression technique to minimize it but I'm not sure
