Hi everyone, in the past months I had this annoying problem while listening back to my tracks on iPhone: they sound overcompressed at max volume (especially when the kick comes in), but just as soon as I lower the volume by 1 it sounds good. In particular, it sounds like a reeverb it's being added that ducks whenever the kick beats. The strange fact is that on headphones, monitors, car stereo and earphones they sound good at every volume.
I already tried some things, but nothing resolved the issue: - Checked mono compatibility; - Tried different settings on the limiter in the master; - Tried to leave more headroom; - Tried lowering the kick volume.
I don't know if it might be useful but the genre of the tracks is mostly Melbourne Bounce.
Any advice is welcome! :)
