I understand what phase is but never pay any attention to it in my productions. Maybe it's cuz I can't identify the sound of it very well cuz I never record things acoustically. Or maybe I try to compensate for it by adjusting the levels of things that are actually cancelling out... idk. Should I be looking for phase problems? Also does anyone know of a good spectragram vst to look for these things?(not sure if that's what it's even called. It's like a colorful vertical eq and volume meter that scrolls with time, I see it in FL all the time)
Also are there tools/plugins that use phase to cancel out certain parts of a sound u don't want?
