I have a track that I have a real hard time finishing. I got the intro and the drop sections. The drops are basically a melody with three chords underneath.
I have tried writing several different melodies/ideas for the break, but all of them sounds a bit out of place from when I change to the drop section.
I've tried different chords in the break, the same chords in the break. Trying to use the same rhytm as in the drop. I dont know where I should try next, any tips?
Of course they are in the same key that I write.
