hey folks! i produce mostly future / trap and am having trouble with bass patches.
i usually like my leads / chords, but when it comes to bass i struggle to get that rich powerful sound you hear in professional tracks. i usually open up serum with a sin (or saw) wave, modulate pitch with LFO for the pitch drop and add some distortion. still sounds like crap.
has anyone gone thru this in the past / have any tips?
