I have a couple of tracks, one uses a voice clip from a snapchat video and another from a YouTube clip. My question is could I sell these tracks and not have any trouble? I'm not 100% sure on this so this is why I'm asking. I've skimmed over Snapchat's T's & C's and I saw it saying something along the lines of "we can't - and don't - take responsibility for content users provide." I've also heard of YouTube's fair use policy but don't understand that too well. So if someone can clear this up for me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
