so basically i just arrived here again. i guess i signed up a while and got sidetracked... ive been dabbling here and there learning as much as i could over the last year. but pretty slack. tbh l know i need to invest alot more time into this. i wanna try to dedicate a solid 20 hours/week, hopefully i learn to love the process and invest even more. just random tutorial videos and such on sylenth ableton, and sidechaining and stuff like that. and ive been reading all about music theory as far as chord progressions and how to write well sounding musical, complimenting parts.
but i tend be a tad bit overwhelmed when it comes to where to head next. I was just wondering if anyone has ever come across a guide for that. just like a 4 month crash course. with like goals and such.. if not can someone please make me one =p seriously though. i feel like it would help alot of people.
generally speaking I just love learning about all music types. i just have a love for the art of music and wanna make something nice someday. but i know i have to understand the tools alot better before i can fully grasp thier potential. to create something great!
just gotta say i was reading a couple threads here, and im kinda sad i didn't land here yet. seems like a sick subbreddit!
