Hi EDMProd -- I moved from Ableton to Renoise a few years ago and (mostly) haven't looked back. The only thing I miss is the awesome time stretching and pitch-shifting that Ableton does so smoothly.
Changing pitch or tempo of samples is a multi-step process in Renoise that really slows me down and interrupts my creative flow.
How do you handle time-stretching and pitch shifting? Is there a 3rd party desktop app that can easily pre-process samples? Or maybe a VST/AU plugin that does a nice job from within your DAW?
Or do you just accept that life is hard, tempos are absolute, and suck it up?
