Hey guys, since I changed from PC to a Mac in December (my uncle gave me his iMac) I purchased Logic because I liked GarageBand. Last week a good friend of mine visited me and showed me Studio One. The workflow was incredible fast BUT I hated the GUI, the whole look was depressing. I never felt inspired. I played around with throwing samples in it, played with some VSTs. It was great, it was fast but the result was not that good. Logic instead felt bloated and slow but the GUi is so inspiring for me. Every step takes longer but I think this is good for my results.
What do you prefer. Workflow or GUI. Also do you think that a workflow can be "to fast".
