Often if I've made a snare or some other sound that I like, I'll use Edison to record the sound to save to my own personal folder. I normalize the sample, trim the silence at either end, and then save it to my folder.
Then it gets weird. The sample appears in the browser in FL Studio, and I can use it and it's all good. BUT, it's not actually in the folder in Windows Explorer, even though I navigated specifically to that folder. So where is it being saved?
It wouldn't be a problem, except when I back my stuff up to an external harddrive, that sound is not being backed up, because it's not in the folder that I put it in, even though the FL browser is showing that it IS there....
Can someone test this and confirm that this is a glitch or something? Thank you guys.
