I've browsed through previous posts about buying monitor speakers, but I just want to ask myself.
I'm getting serious with my production and really need to start hearing my music on monitors. For now I'm not looking to spend hundreds, but looking for a "cheap" pair that I can have for home use until I can get a good pair. So basically a pair which can give me an alright sound and that I can put up with for now.
I'm looking to spend about $500 or under for a pair.
Also, how would I go about connecting my speakers to my laptop? Like audio interface wise? Can you connect them directly or not?
