The more I use my DAW the more I'm capable of making leads, melodies and all the fundamentals that you combine to essentially make a track together. Although when it comes to the beat I just keep putting four kicks in a single pattern, two claps , and a couple of closed hats in-between for the most basic beat there can be. Please help thanks guys!
