When tuning the kick to the sub, what about when the sub plays at a different note subsequently? Eg. if both kick and sub are tuned to F# but the second sub note hits at G, is the second kick also tuned to G?

When a rock band plays a set, do they tune their kicks to the track? Do they keep doing it throughout the set? If not, why does it matter to do it in the first place?

I've often seen advice to incorporate the use of breakbeat loops into tracks. When doing so, are these also tuned to the sub? Just the kick or the entire loop?
