Got brother a headset for Christmas, but anytime he opens Ableton, Ableton completely takes over the headphones and the rest of the system has audio disabled (Windows 10)

I have ASIO4all installed but for some reason as soon as Ableton is opened the rest of the system won't play media - YouTube videos won't start, Spotify songs won't play. It's very strange and extremely frustrating. If you guys have any ideas I'm very appreciative.

And the headset is a Razer Kraken 7.1 v2
