A while back I used an ear training site for notes and managed to get the natural notes down in my head relatively well I think. I can recall pitches without reference tones but I don't know what practical use that has. It's almost annoying because my brain automatically analyzes and places the specific note to random everyday beeps and hums and stuff now.
Is this something worth practicing further, or should I work on training other areas of recognition like intervals or progressions?
Edit: to clarify, I was wondering if it would be worth learning accidentals as well.
