Hey, I hope this is the right place to post
So I have some musical background, I can read sheet music relatively decently and have played guitar before and a bit of piano (not much, only went to grade 3 like 5 years ago).
So I'll be moving soonish (like a year, so not quite soon) to an apartment with not very thick walls, and I'm debating if I should learn violin or piano. I love both, and wouldn't mind learning either, the only issue I'd have is once I move if I'd be too loud with a violin.
I like the music that comes from both equally but wanted to learn violin more, however with piano I can get a keyboard and plug in headphones, as well as the fact that I already have some background in it.
TLDR: Moving to an apartment and can't be loud, need to decide between violin or piano
